Monroe Center, which is quickly becoming the epicenter for downtown residential living, will soon become home to another exciting condominium development.
Virgin Soil Development plans to begin work this fall on The Brickway Residences. The Brickway Residences will house eight brand new condominium units at 56 Monroe Center. Units will average 800 square feet and will be one bedroom and one bathroom units. Build out options will include two bedroom and two bathroom floor plans as well. The price point for these units will open doors for those who may not be able to currently afford condominium ownership in the core downtown, such as students and young professionals. Prices will begin in the low to mid- $100's with amenities such as a private entrance and a roof top deck for all residents.

The condominiums will encompass the top two floors of the 56 Monroe Center that have been unused for over sixty years; while the main floor is the popular Asian restaurant, XO Asian Cuisine.
