This project involved the complete renovation of a one-half city block of buildings in downtown Grand Rapids’ Renaissance Zone, making way for 10 condominiums. The condos will occupy the second and third floors of seven buildings on the south side of Monroe Center, between Ionia and Division Avenues, with retail on the ground floors. Each unit has a view of Monroe Center. (From partner Rockford Construction)
